Vaio Launches Vaio Z With 11th Generation Intel Core Processor

You are familiar with the name Vaio which was firmly involved in the PC market but gets close in 2014, when Sony stopped producing computers and sold off its business to a consortium that becomes Vaio Corporation. Vaio Corp. has slowly resumed producing laptops with the familiar brand name and has remained in production. But now the company is come back by relaunching Vaio Z to a whole new level.
Vaio Z is the world's first three dimensional molded full carbon body design in the flagship model. It is featured with 11th generation Intel Core i7 processor and Intel Iris Xe graphics. It passes drop test of 4.1ft and impressively strong against shocks. It is light in weight 2.21lbs(1.01kg) body.
The laptop comes with 14 inch display that has 4K resolution. It runs on Windows 10 pro and its lid can open upto 180 degrees. Talking about storage, the laptop comes with 32GB of LPDDR4 RAM and has 2TB of PCIe SSD storage.
Features that makes it unique are:
- LCD display that opens 180 degrees
The top cover is designed to open up to 180 degrees. You can rotate the display with the dedicated shortcut combination. (Fn + 2) Touchpad operation is also inverted according to the screen direction.
- Triple 4K display is possible
Up to two additional 4K displays can be connected through the USB Type-C ports. You can create a triple 4K display environment by combining it with the main unit's HDMI 4K display port.
- New developed hinge
You can easily open and close the display with one hand without touching the palm rest. The uniquely shaped hinge allows your fingers to easily lift the display when placed on a flat surface.
- User sensing
By using two biometrics, fingerprint and facial recognition, the motion sensor provides tight security for peace of mind. When you sit in front of the PC, the motion sensor detects you and uses facial recognition to complete login without touching the PC.
- Keylight
It comes with a newly designed keyboard backlight that allows you to type with confidence, even in a dimly lit environment.
- Camera privacy shutter
It is equipped with a camera privacy shutter that covers the camera so you can physically block the transmission of your image.
- Newly designed keyboard
Now you can type more comfortably with the newly designed keyboard. Reduction of keystroke noise, comfortable keys, and keyboard inclination help eliminate stress on wrists.
Vaio has provided Dolby Audio sound on the Vaio Z (2021) along with stereo speakers. It offers 18 hours long lasting battery. It also has two USB Type-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, an HDMI port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Further, it comes with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.
