Google announces two new smart phones Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G at its Launch Night In event. The Pixel 4a 5G is the 5G version of Pixel 4a. Both the smartphones are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC and include Titan M security chip.
Google Pixel 5
The new Google Pixel 5 comes with a 6-inch FHD+ OLED display with support for HDR 10+ and 90Hz refresh rate, and a punch-hole camera cutout in the top left corner. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 6.
It runs on Android 11 and powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM. Google Pixel 5 comes with 128GB of onboard storage that isn't expandable via a microSD card. It measures 144.7x70.4x8.0mm and weighs 151 grams.
Talking about photos and videos, the Google Pixel 5 comes with a dual rear camera setup which includes 12.2 MP primary sensor and 16MP secondary sensor with an ultra wide angle lens. For selfies, it is featured by 8MP snapper at the front. Both cameras support 4K video recording.
Google Pixel 5 packed with 4,080mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light, barometer, gyroscope, and a proximity sensor. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. It also includes stereo speakers and three microphones.

The 5G variant of Google’s Pixel 4a will also come with a larger 6.2-inch FHD+ OLED display with 413ppi pixel density and Corning Glass 3 protection. It is also powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor paired with 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM.
Talking about storage, it comes with 128GB of internal storage that isn't expandable via microSD card. The phone measures 153.9x74.0x8.2mm and weighs 168 grams.
For photos and videos, it is featured by dual rear camera setup which includes 12.2 MP primary sensor and 16MP secondary sensor with ultra wide angle lens. There is 8MP shooter at the front for selfies and video chat. It also support 4K recording.

- Price of Google Pixel 5 starts at $699 and it will start selling from October 15. It is available in two colour options: Black and Subtle Sage Green.
- Price of Google Pixel 4a 5G starts at $499 and the phone goes on sale in Japan from October 15 and will be available in other countries from November.
