OnePlus 3T Launched in India Starting Rs. 29,999: Release Date, Specifications, and More
Today OnePlus 3T has introduced in India; this is the upgraded version of the Chinese company’s flagship smartphone for 2016. OnePlus 3T will be Amazon exclusive in India and will go on sale on December 14. The 64GB version will come in Gun Metal and Soft Gold option cost at Rs 29,999; while the 128GB version will come only in the Gun Metal color at Rs 34,999.
OnePlus 3T smartphone looks similar when compared to the OnePlus 3, it comes with Snapdragon 821 processor, whopping 16MP front camera, and bigger 3,400 mAh battery.
The main differences between OnePlus 3T and OnePlus 3 are the presence of a faster SoC, a larger capacity battery, a higher resolution front camera, and increased inbuilt storage. Like the OnePlus 3, the OnePlus 3T will also be made offered in a Soft Gold color variant, though, that will make its way to online shelves later. Particularly, the 128GB variant will only be offered in the Gunmetal color variant, the company clarified.
OnePlus has a 16MP camera with OIS and runs Oxygen OS based on Android Marshmallow with Sony IMX 298 image sensor, PDAF support, f/2.0 aperture, and 4K video recording capabilities. There is a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection.
The OnePlus 3T has also a fingerprint scanner inserted into the home button up front, an Alert Slider on the side, and connectivity choices like the dual-SIM card (nano) slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G LTE support, NFC, and GPS.
It comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal memory options with UFS 2.0. The rear camera on OnePlus 3T is 16MP with the Sony IMX 298 Sensor. It also has a Sapphire crystal lens cover. The front camera is also 16MP in the OnePlus 3T smartphone, up from 8MP front camera on the earlier version.
OnePlus 3T has USB 2.0 Type-C charging port and 3.5 mm headphone jack. It runs Android Marshmallow for now but Android Nougat support is coming soon.
