Lenovo K6 Note India Launch Set for Wednesday
Lenovo K6 Note, which was first announced at IFA 2016, is all set be launched on December 14. The Chinese smartphone company has posted a teaser image on its social media account showing off the K6 Note. On Wednesday, Lenovo will launch the smartphone.
Lenovo K6 Note is somewhat larger and the most premium when compared to the other two. It is powered by 5.5-inch full-HD IPS display. The new Lenovo K6 Note comes in two RAM/ storage bundles - 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage and 4GB RAM/ 32GB storage. Through the microSD card, storage can be further extended up to 128GB. The K6 Note smartphone is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor with Adreno 505 GPU for graphics.
With its larger screen, the k6 Note will be Lenovo’s answer to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and the LeEco Le 2. While all three of these devices offer 5.5-inch FHD displays, the Redmi note 3 and the Le 2 are powered by much faster processors.
One of the key climaxes of the smartphone is that it features a full HD display, a metal unibody design, fingerprint scanner, and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box. Akin to the K6 and K6 Power, the K6 Note also comes in gold, dark gray and silver color options.
Lenovo K6 Note contains a 16-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The K6 Note has a 4000mAh battery, and the connectivity options are similar to the other two smartphones. Connectivity options include dual-SIM support, 4G LTE,Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. The phone also gets Dolby ATMOS audio technology.
Although Lenovo’s tweet did not drop any major hints at the expected price, it’s certain that the device could be rated under Rs 14,990. If you go by the price, Lenovo K6 Note is likely to face tough competition from the Moto G4 Plus, the Mi Max, and the ZUK Z1. Lenovo also just announced the K6 Power smartphone in India which has the 5-inch display with full HD resolution and 4000 mAh battery.
