Google Doodle Celebrates International Women's Day With #OneDayIWill Campaign.
Today, Google celebrates the International Women's Day with its special doodle. International Women's Day, is a global event aimed that inspiring women and celebrating their achievements from the political to the social – while calling for gender equality. We celebrated The International Women's every year on 8th March.
On this International Women’s Day, google is promoting a campaign to raise alertness about women empowerment and the importance of education. The campaign is called #OneDayIWill, the doodle is in the form of a video where women are seen sharing their aspirations.
By creating this heartwarming video, Google had paid honor to all the women in this world. Doodle has the play button, click on it that is in the form of alphabet ‘O’ and view the video.

“Over the years, Doodles have commemorated the achievements of women in science, civil rights, journalism, sports, arts, technology and beyond. It’s always an honor to pay tribute to women who have changed the course of history, sometimes in the face of seemingly insurmountable obstacles,”Google wrote on its page.

The video is created after speaking to girls from 13 countries and 337 women across the world. Google Team went to 13 countries, including New Delhi, Cairo, Berlin, London-Moscow and Paris among others to shoot.
Liat Ben-Rafael, who co-created the doodle said,
"International Women's Day is a celebration of the women who are here today working towards a better future, and in that sense it was important for me to make sure that we celebrate the real women,"
