Gmail is Adding New Feature Send E-mail Directly To Your Google+ Connection.
Access your Google + circle connections with Gmail. Yesterday Gmail have updated in their Blog, now it's easier for people using Gmail and Google+ to connect over email. Gmail will suggest your Google+ connections as recipients when you are composing a new email.
You can share your Gmail contacts with Google + and can send E-mail directly to your Google+ connection without knowing their Email address.
When someone email you from you circles then email will shown in Primary category, but if you are not connected them in circles then the mail will go into Social category.

But here the point arise, is it good that someone email us without knowing our Gmail address ?
