GTA 5 Has Crossed Over $1Billion Sales in Three Days.. Grand Theft Auto V has launched on September 17, 2013. According to Reuters, development of GTA V cost Take-Two's Rockstar Games studio “between $200 million and $250 million, according to some analysts' estimates.”
