| Facebook Buying Photos Sharing Company Instagram In $1Billion |
On 9th Apr 2012 CEO and founder of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg has announced on his timeline. Instagram CEO Kevin Systrom echoed Zuckerberg’s statements on the Instagram company Blog adding He said,
“We’re psyched to be joining Facebook and are excited to build a better Instagram for everyone.”
Instagram Company launched iOS App in Oct 2010 and at last week its first time came with Android. 30 million users are connected with Instagram. Mark Zuckerberg, founder and CEO of Facebook, posted about the transaction on his Timeline.
